种公猪精液精子密度与其矿物质元素含量相关性分析 被引量:1

Analysis of correlation between sperm density and mineral element contents in semen of boar

摘要 为探究不同精子密度、精液矿物质元素含量以及精子密度与各矿物质元素含量之间的相关性,将采集的28个原精液样品根据精子密度分为低、中和高3个密度,每个密度包括9~10个样品,检测精液样品中的钙、镁、钠、钾和锌、铁、锰、铜、铅、铬、镍含量。结果显示:铬、铁含量低密度组、中密度组高于高密度组(P<0.01);铜含量低密度组高于高密度组(P<0.01);镍含量随精子密度增加而降低(P<0.01);锌含量中密度组高于低密度组和高密度组(P<0.01),且高密度组高于低密度组(P<0.01);钙含量低密度组高于中密度组和高密度组,而高密度组高于中密度组(P<0.01);镁含量低密度组高于中密度组和高密度组(P<0.05);锰、铅、钠和钾各密度间无差异(P>0.05)。经相关性分析发现,锌与精子密度呈正相关(r=0.594,P<0.01),铬与精子密度呈负相关(r=-0.638,P<0.01),铁与精子密度呈负相关(r=-0.480,P<0.01),镍与精子密度呈负相关(r=-0.830,P<0.01),铜与精子密度呈负相关(r=-0.455,P<0.05),而其他6种矿物质元素与精子密度间无相关性(P>0.05)。结果表明:精液精子密度与精液中矿物质元素锌、钙、镁、铜、镍、铬、铁含量密切相关,而对锰、铅、钠、钾各元素含量无影响。 This study was to explore the mineral element contents in boar semen of different sperm densities and the correlation between sperm densities and various mineral element contents.28 original semen samples were collected and divided into low,medium and high groups according to their sperm densities,and each group included 9-10 samples.Then,the contents of calcium,magnesium,sodium,potassium,zinc,iron,manganese,copper,lead,chromium and nickel in the semen samples were examined.The results showed that the chromium and iron contents in high density group was lower than in the other two groups(P<0.01);the copper content in the low density group was higher than in the high density group(P<0.01);the nickel content decreased as the sperm density increased(P<0.01);the zinc content of the medium density group was the highest in three groups(P<0.01),and that in the high density group was higher than in the low density group(P<0.01);the calcium content in the low density group was the highest in the three groups,and that in the high density group was higher than in the medium density group(P<0.01);the magnesium content in the low density group was higher than the medium and high density groups(P<0.05);the contents of manganese,lead,sodium and potassium in the three groups were of no significant difference(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that zinc was positively correlated with sperm density(r=0.594,P<0.01),that chromium,iron,nickel and copper were negatively correlated with it[(r=-0.638,P<0.01),(r=-0.480,P<0.01),(r=-0.830,P<0.01)and(r=-0.455,P<0.05)],and the other 6 mineral elements showed no correlation with sperm density(P>0.05).This study indicated that the contents of zinc,calcium,magnesium,copper,nickel,chromium and iron were closely related to the sperm densities in semen,but the contents of manganese,lead,sodium and potassium had no effect on sperm density.
