随着教学技术的不断提高,越来越多的教育工作者开始重视教育技巧的创新策略。而对于高职阶段的班主任来说德育教育是十分重要的,随着新课程标准的推进与改革,不仅社会公众更加重视学生德育方面的教育,学生家长以及学生自身也开始重视了起来,因此,当高职班主任在进行德育教育的过程中也需要进行不断创新。我国高职院校中,班主任不仅是帮助学生健康成长的引路人,而且也是学生走入社会之前的导师,教师不仅需要让学生的社会经验与阅历得到提升,而且还要教会学生适应社会,让学生拥有能力与良好品行。该文阐述了高职班主任德育工作的方法创新与策略。

With the continuous improvement of teaching technology,more and more educators begin to attach importance to innovative strategies of educational skills.Moral education is very important for class teachers in higher vocational colleges.With the advancement and reform of new curriculum standards,not only the public pays more attention to students’moral education,but also students’parents and students themselves begin to pay attention to it.Therefore,when class teachers in higher vocational colleges carry out moral education,they also need to innovate constantly.In China’s higher vocational colleges,the main way for students to acquire knowledge is the class teacher,who is not only a guide to help students grow up healthily,but also a mentor before students enter society.Teachers not only need to improve students’social experience and experience,but also teach students to adapt to society,so that students have ability and good conduct.This paper expounds the method innovation and strategy of moral education for class teachers in higher vocational colleges.
