实训基地是现代学徒制人才培养过程中的重要组成部分,实训基地建设的好坏决定着人才培养质量的高低。烟花爆竹技术与管理专业在实施现代学徒制过程中针对建设过程中所存在的问题,着力从实训教学体系、指导教师团队、校内实训基地和校外实训基地以及管理模式等方面进行了实践探索。"现代学徒制"教学团队采用全模块化教学模式,依靠功能齐全的校内外实训基地培养复合性技术技能人才。

Practical training base is an important part in the training process of modern apprenticeship.The construction of practical training base determines the quality of talent training.In view of the problems existing in the construction of modern apprenticeship,the fireworks technology and management specialty has made practical exploration from the aspects of practical training teaching system,guidance teacher team,campus training base and off-campus training base as well as management mode.The teaching team of"modern apprenticeship"adopts the full modular teaching mode and relies on fully functional training bases inside and outside the school to train talents with appropriate technical skills.
