基于教师资格考试语文师范生课堂教学技能的思考

摘要 面试是小学教师资格考试的有机组成部分,它能考查笔试无法测试的内容,检验笔试结果的真实性和可靠性。该文结合考生面试试讲环节中的现象,提出以下培养策略:增设语文教育教学课程,丰富专业知识;开展多样活动,提高教学基本功;拓宽学习渠道,强化过程指导等。师范生只有提高课堂教学技能,方能顺利通过面试考试,并在随后的教师招考中获得优势。 The interview is an organic part of the primary school teacher qualification examination.It can examine the content that the written test cannot be tested,and verify the authenticity and reliability of the written test results.In this paper,combining with the phenomenon of examinee interview and trial lecture,it is proposed to add Chinese education and teaching courses to enrich professional knowledge.Carry out various activities to improve the basic skills of teaching;Broaden learning channels,strengthen process guidance and other training strategies.Only by improving classroom teaching skills can normal university students successfully pass the interview examination and gain advantages in the subsequent teacher recruitment examination.
