推进“三全育人”对增强高职院校思想政治理论课实效性研究

Promoting"Three-Wide Education"to Enhance the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

高校作为立德树人的前沿阵地,在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观方面作用突出。高职院校和普通高校又有一定的区别,高职学生普遍重专业轻文化,在思想政治理论课上问题尤为突出。如何解决这一"困局",是值得每一位思政理论教育者深思的问题。全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的提出,能有效地提高高职院校思想政治理论课教学的时效性,更好地实现"立德树人"的综合目标。

Colleges and universities,at the forefront of moral education,play an important role in cultivating and practicing socialist core values.There are some differences between Higher Vocational Colleges and ordinary colleges.Students in higher vocational colleges generally attach great importance to majors and neglect culture,especially in Ideological and political theory courses.How to solve this"Dilemma"is a problem worth pondering for every ideological and political theory educator.The proposal of all staff education,whole process education and all-round education can effectively improve the timeliness of Ideological and political theory teaching in higher vocational colleges,and better achieve the comprehensive goal of"Cultivating People by Virtue".
