摘要
监督人员作为安全管理的主要组成部分,发挥着“把好最后一道防线”的作用,确保每一名监督人员严格履职,对于保障安全质量目标的实现意义重大。对于一线监督人员,仅仅依靠自觉、自律是远远不够的,唯有探索和建立起一整套符合现场实际的绩效考核办法,才是确保形成安全监督人员能尽责、不失职的长效机制。
As the main part of safety management,supervisors play the role of"keeping the last line of defense".It is of great signifi⁃cance for each supervisor to strictly perform his duties to the realization of safety and quality objectives.It is far from enough to rely on self-consciousness and self-discipline of front-line supervisors,and only by exploring and establishing a set of performance appraisal methods in line with the actual situation of the site,can we ensure the formation of a long-term mechanism in which the safety supervi⁃sion personnel can fulfill their duties without neglecting their duties.
