山蒿根系抗旱性能及其生态修复应用潜力初探 被引量:1

摘要 为揭示山蒿抗旱性能及其生态修复应用潜力,采用室内盆栽实验的方法,研究干旱胁迫下山蒿根系形态、活力、可溶性糖的变化响应。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着干旱胁迫程度的加大,根系各根序伸长长度均增加,伸长长度顺序为根序2>根序1>根序3;根系活力随着干旱程度的加大而增加;根系蔗糖、葡萄糖含量随着干旱胁迫程度的增加而减少,果糖的变化不明显。山蒿根系伸长生长、生理生化的变化是对干旱胁迫的适应,结合野外生长状态和抗干扰性观测,认为山蒿可作为一种有潜力的生态修复应用抗旱植物,建议进一步开展深入研究。 The aim of this article was to reveal the drought resistance and ecological restoration potential of Artemisia brachyloba Franch..The responses of morphology,activity and soluble sugar content of roots of Artemisia brachyloba Franch.under drought stress were studied by controlled experiments.The results showed that 1)the root growth length of each root order all increased with the increase of drought stress,the order of root order elongation length was root order 2>root order 1>root order 3;the root activity also increased with the increase of drought stress;the content of sucrose and glucose decreased with the increase of drought stress,but the change of fructose was not obvious.The characteristics of root growth,physiological and biochemical changes in roots of Artemisia brachyloba Franch.were some adaptation mechanisms to drought stress.According to the results of indoor research and field observation,Artemisia brachyloba Franch.can be used as a drought resistant plant for ecological restoration.The authors call for further in-depth study in future.
