互联网环境下西方政党与民众关系探析

互联网的迅猛发展给西方发达国家的政党与民众关系带来了巨大挑战,改变了政党的组织形式和活动方式,深刻影响了政党联系、动员民众的方式,弱化了政党的利益代表功能以及民众对政党的归属感和价值认同。面对挑战,西方政党加速推进政党信息化变革,综合运用多种网络平台加强与民众的联系互动,充分发挥网络在组织、动员选举方面的作用,积极引导网络社会舆论发展,推动政党"媒体化"运营,以求得民众支持。学习和借鉴西方政党运用网络应对挑战、密切与民众关系的实践经验,探索互联网环境下中国共产党密切党群关系的方式方法,对巩固党的执政基础、保持党的执政地位具有重要意义。
