以制度化建设完善理想信念培育机制是高校提升治理能力和水平的新要求,具有重要的现实意义,是“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育制度化的具体表现;是弘扬和培育社会主义核心价值观的重要抓手;也是破解思政教育难题的关键所在。当前高校理想信念培育机制存在缺乏科学合理的顶层设计、结构不够优化、制度执行效果欠佳等问题,大大影响了培育大学生理想信念的效果。高校推动制度化建设、完善理想信念培育机制,要在科学理论的指导下,加快制度建设,完善齐抓共管机制,做到因时而谋,顺势而为。

It is a new requirement for colleges and universities,to improve the governance ability and level and to improve the cultivation mechanism of ideals and beliefs with institutionalized construction,which is also important practical significance.It is a concrete reflection of"remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind".It is also a key step to carry forward and cultivate core values of socialism and to solve ideological and political education issues.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation mechanism of college students'ideal and belief,such as lack of scientific and reasonable top-level design,insufficient optimization of structure and inefficiency of system implementation,which have greatly impact on ideal and belief cultivation.To promote the institutionalized construction and improve the cultivation mechanism of ideals and beliefs,colleges and universities need guidance of scientific theories,speeding up system construction,improving co-management mechanism,and taking advantage of the situation.
