摘要
SN 0101平台是苏里格南部地区一个布设9口小井眼井的施工平台,该平台前两口井钻井过程中均发生失返性漏失,给钻井施工带来巨大经济损失。为有效处置该钻井平台后续施工井的井漏问题,通过研究前两口井漏失层位及引起漏失的因素,分析该平台漏失机理,通过易漏层前短起下,随钻加入堵漏剂,控时钻进等有效的过程控制,精细化施工操作,提高泥饼封堵能力,进行全井段钻井液消耗监测,钻井液性能调整等确保了后续井的安全、快速施工,最大限度地降低了井漏造成的经济损失。研究结果表明,所制定的防漏、堵漏措施能够有效地控制该平台的井漏,提高钻井速度,对后续苏里格南区块丛式井防漏、堵漏也具有重要借鉴意义。
SN 0101 platform is a drilling construction platform with 9 slim boreholes in the south of Sulige area.In the driling process of the first two wells of the platform,lost circulation occurred,which brings huge economic losses to the drilling operation.In order to effectively deal with the lost circulation of the following wells of this drilling platform,a research was carried out.By analyzing the leakage zones and the factors causing the leakage of the first two wells,the leakage mechanism is clarified.Through the effective process control,such as short trip in front of the thief formation,adding plugging agent while drilling,time-control drilling,etc.,fine construction operation,mud cake plugging ability improvement,drilling fluid consumption detection in the all hole sections,drilling fluid property adjustment and so on,the safety and high-speed for the following wells are ensured,and the economic loss caused by the loss circulation is minimized.The research results show that the leakage prevention and plugging measures can effectively control the platform′s lost circulation and improve the drilling speed,which also has great significance for the following clusters wells in Sulige south block.
