媒体协同与议题竞争——抗疫期间我国媒体对医护人员的社会支持研究

社会支持是社会组织或公众基于特定的社会关系向特定的群体或个人提供的物质、精神或行为的援助。社会支持的效果和社会关系的质量相关,而现代传媒是社会关系的重要纽带。我国拥有庞大的媒体规模,它拓宽了中国人的社会关系网络,也提高了中国人的社会交往质量。在今年的新冠战"疫"中,主流媒体、都市媒体和社交媒体协同作战,唤醒了民众对医护人员的关怀和保护,形成了一个完整的、系统的、高效的社会支持系统。主流媒体以"宣传"为武器,激励医护人员的工作热情,给予医护人员制度和队伍的保障。都市媒体以"新闻"为载体,他们记录事件、反思灾难、书写记忆,鼓励社会给予医护人员更多的社会支持和心理援助。社交媒体以"舆论"为舞台呈现公众的认知和情绪,它扎根基层洞察医护人员的冷暖,动员社会给予医护人员最直接、最需要的援助。

Social support is the material,spiritual or behavioral assistance provided by social organization or the public to specific groups or individuals based on specific social relations.The effect of social support is related to the quality of social relations,and modern media is an important link of social relations.China has a huge scale of the media,which broadens the Chinese social network,but also improves the quality of Chinese social interaction.In the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic,the mainstream media,urban media and social media work together to arouse the people’s care and protection for medical staff,forming a complete,systematic and efficient social support system.The mainstream media use communication as a weapon to inspire the enthusiasm of the medical staff and to give the medical system and personnel protection.Urban media take"news"as the carrier to record events,reflect on disasters,write memories,and encourage the community to give medical staff more social support and psychological assistance.Social media uses"public opinion"as a stage to present the public’s cognition and emotion.It takes root at the grass-roots level to observe the warmth and coldness of the medical staff and mobilizes the society to give the medical staff the most direct and needed assistance.
