地铁车辆“精益检修”模式探讨

随着城市轨道交通的发展,地铁运营维护成本控制愈加严格,研究和建立先进的车辆检修模式和检修管理制度,对于提升车辆专业检修和运用水平,降低运营维护成本,加强地铁运营管理具有重要意义。地铁车辆检修的关注重点在于提高车辆周转率、提升作业品质、降低检修人力成本和物料成本。结合精益生产的核心理念,本文提出地铁车辆"精益检修"模式,将其定义为"在保证车辆运行可靠性的前提下,以最小的资源消耗,达到最高的检修质量和检修效率",研究其实现路径,为地铁车辆检修模式的创新发展提供新的研究思路和方向。

With the development of urban rail transit,subway operation and maintenance cost control is becoming more and more strict.Research and establishment of advanced vehicle maintenance modes and maintenance management systems are of great significance for improving the professional maintenance and use of vehicles and reducing operation and maintenance costs.The focus of subway vehicle maintenance is to improve vehicle turnover,improve operation quality,and reduce maintenance labor costs and material costs.Combining the core concept of lean production,the"lean maintenance"mode of subway vehicles is proposed,which is defined as"on the premise of ensuring the reliability of the vehicle operation,with the minimum resource consumption,to achieve the highest quality of maintenance and maintenance efficiency"The realization path provides a new research idea and direction for the innovative development of the subway vehicle maintenance mode.
