摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等研究方法,从工作环境和生活环境两方面,分析了高校行政人员出现心理问题的原因,并提出了加强队伍建设、思想教育工作以及心理干预效果评估三方面对策,以便减轻高校行政人员的心理压力,提高行政工作效率。
This article uses the literature material method,logic analysis,interviews and other research methods,the administra⁃tive personnel in colleges and universities as the research object,analyzes the reason of administrators'psychological problem in colleg⁃es and universities from the aspects of the work environment and living environment,and put forward three countermeasures:to strengthen team construction,ideological education and effect assessment of psychological intervention in order to reduce the psycho⁃logical pressure of university administrative personnel,and improve the administrative efficiency.
