摘要
功率器件的散热对电子设备的性能和可靠性有重要的影响。本文针对某高热耗雷达天线阵面发射机进行液冷分析计算,设计蛇形液冷管路最佳冷却形式,有效降低发射机热功耗,并采用热仿真软件ICEPAK模拟计算和验证,计算结果对大功耗、小空间的密闭电子设备具有一定的参考价值。
Power device cooling has an important effect on the performance and dependability of the whole electronic equipment.A high-heat-consumption radar antenna front transmitter is analyzed and calculated.The optimal cooling mode of serpentine liquid-cooled pipeline is designed to effectively reduce the thermal power consumption of the transmitter.The thermal simulation software ICEPAK is used to simulate and verify the results.The calculation results have a certain reference value for closed electronic equipment with large power consumption and small space.
