电缆中间接头硅橡胶绝缘的电气特性研究 被引量:15

摘要 为了研究电缆中间接头服役过程中硅橡胶绝缘在不同阶段的电气特性变化规律,以未服役及服役不同时间的10 kV预制式硅橡胶电缆中间接头绝缘层为研究对象,对硅橡胶绝缘进行红外光谱、电导-温度特性、击穿强度和宽频介电谱测试分析。结果表明:电缆接头在运行过程中,硅橡胶绝缘分子链发生断裂,分子结构被破坏;长期电热老化作用会使硅橡胶绝缘的体积电阻率降低,活化能减小;随运行时间延长,硅橡胶绝缘的击穿强度逐渐降低且数据分散性增大,相对介电常数和介质损耗因数增大。相同运行时间下,在所测频率范围内,介电常数基本不变,分子链断裂形成的游离基和小分子导致低频下的损耗增加;随温度的升高,各试样都表现出介电常数减小、介质损耗在低频段增大的趋势。 In order to study the electrical characteristics of silicone rubber insulation during the service stages of cable joint,we conducted infrared spectra,conductivity-temperature characteristics,breakdown strength,and dielectric spectra tests on the insulation layer of prefabricated 10 kV silicone rubber cable joint.The results show that during the operation of cable joint,the molecular chains of silicone rubber insulation breaks and the molecular structure is destroyed,and the long-term effect of electric thermal ageing reduces the volume resistivity and the activation energy of silicone rubber insulation.With the increase of operation time,the breakdown strength of silicone rubber insulation decreases gradually and the data dispersion increases,while the relative dielectric constant and the dielectric loss factor increase.In the range of measured frequency,the dielectric constant is practically unchanged during the same operation period,the free radicals and small molecules formed by the breaking of molecular chains lead to the increase of dielectric loss at low frequency.With the increase of temperature,the dielectric constant of all samples decreases,and the dielectric loss increases at low frequency.
