不同组成变压器油及油纸绝缘体系受雷电冲击后油中溶解气体变化 被引量:2

Change of Dissolved Gas Content in Transformer Oil of Oil or Oil-paper Insulation System with Different Composition After Lightning Impulse

摘要 研究了不同组成的变压器油及其构成的油纸绝缘体系在施加标准雷电冲击波且未发生明显击穿的情况下,油中溶解气体关键组分及含量的变化趋势。结果表明:在不同组成变压器油构成的纯油和油纸绝缘体系中,油中芳烃和抗氧剂DBPC含量是影响雷电冲击击穿电压大小的关键因素,芳烃的含量越高,变压器油的雷电冲击击穿电压越低;抗氧剂的含量越高,变压器油的雷电冲击击穿电压越低,在低芳烃含量的变压器油中,这种现象更加明显。 When there is no obvious breakdown phenomenon in the transformer oils with different composition and their oil-paper insulation systems under standard lightning impulse,the variation trend of the key components and contents of dissolved gas in oils were studied.The results show that in different oils and oil-paper insulation systems,the content of aromatics and antioxidant DBPC in oils is the key factor affecting the lightning impulse breakdown voltage.The higher the aromatics content,the lower the lightning impulse breakdown voltage of the transformer oil;the higher the antioxidant content,the lower the lightning impulse breakdown voltage,and this phenomenon is more obvious in the transformer oil with low aromatic content.
