江苏省城市综合创新竞争力时空联系研究

A Study on the Spatial-temporal Relationship of Urban Comprehensive Innovation Competitiveness in Jiangsu Province

文章基于江苏省各市创新竞争力测度数据,采用因子分析构建综合创新竞争力评价模型,利用ESDA研究各市创新竞争力的时空分异特征,结合引力模型及SNA构建江苏省创新网络并探究其时空联系特征。研究发现:苏州、南京、无锡、南通为综合创新竞争力第一等级;徐州、常州为第二等级;其余各市为第三等级;其中南通、常州综合创新竞争力表现出持续升高态势,徐州表现出下降态势。区域综合创新能力正逐渐趋于不平衡,形成以苏州为中心的高值集聚区以及以宿迁为中心的低值集聚区。各市间的创新联系表现为“南强北弱”的特点,苏南和苏中联系相对密切,而两者与苏北间的联系相对松散。江苏省创新网络中存在以苏州为中心的创新核心及以南京为中心的次级创新核心,且核心与周围城市的联系日益紧密,而其他非核心地区的联系则日趋松散。

Based on the measurement data of innovation competitiveness of cities in Jiangsu province,this paper uses fac⁃tor analysis to construct the evaluation model of comprehensive innovation competitiveness,uses ESDA to study the spa⁃tiotemporal differentiation characteristics of innovation competitiveness of each city,combines gravity model and SNA to construct the innovation network of Jiangsu province,and explores its spatiotemporal connection characteristics.The re⁃sults show that Suzhou,Nanjing,Wuxi and Nantong are the first level of comprehensive innovation competitiveness;Xu⁃zhou and Changzhou are the second level,and the other cities are the third level;among them,Nantong and Changzhou show a rising trend of comprehensive innovation competitiveness,while Xuzhou shows a downward trend.The regional comprehensive innovation ability is gradually unbalanced,forming a high-value agglomeration area centered on Suzhou and a low-value cluster area centered on Suqian.The innovation connection among cities is characterized by"strong in the south and weak in the north".The connection between southern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu is relatively close,while the relationship between them and northern Jiangsu is relatively loose.In the innovation network of Jiangsu province,there are innovation core centered on Suzhou and secondary innovation core centered on Nanjing,and the relationship be⁃tween core and surrounding cities is increasingly close,while other non core areas are increasingly loose.
