通过探讨国家建设消防技术标准执行不一致的体现等三方面,阐明国家建设消防技术标准执行不一致带来的风险与危害,进而提出消防设计审查标准在消防审验时执行程度上的建议,以期规范建设工程消防设计审查与验收行为,保证审验工作质量。希望能借此统一认识,更好地推进消防技术标准规范和消防设计审查验收技术评定规则的一致性,为建设工程消防施工寻求优化空间,提高施工质量,排除施工与消防设计间的矛盾等疑难杂症。

This paper discusses the three aspects of inconsistent implementation of national construction fire protection technical standards,expounds the risks and hazards brought by inconsistent implementation of national construction fire protection technical standards,and then puts forward suggestions on the implementation degree of fire protection design review standards in fire protection review,in order to regulate the fire design review and acceptance behavior of construction projects,and ensure the quality of review work.We hope that we can take this opportunity to have a unified understanding,better promote the consistency of fire protection technical standards and specifications and fire protection design review and acceptance technical evaluation rules,seek optimization space for fire protection construction of construction projects,improve construction quality,and eliminate the contradictions between construction and fire protection design.
