摘要
监控是评估高速公路路面施工质量的重要方法,然而常规的破坏性检测及无法进行全覆盖的监控方法只能反映路面局部的变化特征,鉴于公路路面施工过程的复杂性,采用综合监控手段对全面掌握路面的铺筑效果具有重要意义。以惠清高速公路主线ZK58+000~ZK58+410路段(左幅)为例,通过对该路段的平整度、构造深度、压实度、渗水系数、横向力系数参数进行大数据监控分析,以客观有效地评价该路面的施工质量,为路面大规模施工提供指导。
Monitoring is an important method for evaluating the quality of highway pavement construction.However,conventional destructive detection and monitoring methods that cannot be fully covered can only reflect the local changes of the pavement.In view of the complexity of the road pavement construction process,comprehensive monitoring methods are used of great significance to grasp the pavement effect.Taking the section of the main line of Huiqing highway ZK58+000〜ZK58+410(left)as an example,through the big data monitoring and analysis of the flatness,structural depth,compaction,water seepage coefficient and lateral force coefficient of the road section,it is objectively and effectively evaluated the construction quality of the pavement,providing guidance for large-scale pavement construction.
