中等职业院校校企合作办学长效机制对策研究

The Creative Study on Long-Term Mechanism of College-Enterprise Cooperative Education of Secondary Vocational schools

本文主要对目前中等职业院校校企合作办学长效机制的现状进行了分析,同时基于政府、企业、学校三大主体探析了校企合作办学长效机制现存的问题及其原因,并从校企合作办学的办学模式、激励和制约机制、人才培养模式及职业教育体系和特色学校文化等几方面为出发点,对目前中职院校校企合作办学长效机制提出了研究对策。

This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools.Meanwhile,based on the three main bodies of the government,enterprises and schools,the existing problems and reasons of the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation are analyzed.From the school-running model,the incentive and restriction mechanism,the talent training model,the vocational education system and the characteristic school culture,etc.,this paper puts forward some new countermeasures for the long-acting mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools.
