护理核心期刊2018年——2019年刊载护理管理论文分析

Analysis of nursing management papers published in core nursing journals from 2018 to 2019

[目的]了解护理管理研究的发文现状及研究热点,为护理人员科研选题提供数据支撑。[方法]对2015年版《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》中收录的12种护理核心期刊2018年和2019年刊载的护理管理论文载文量、基金资助、作者分布、地区分布、科研设计类型及统计学方法等信息进行统计。[结果]2018年和2019年我国护理管理论文12种期刊总载文量为3515篇,其中基金论文1864篇,非基金论文1651篇,载文量总体呈减少趋势,但基金类论文所占比例增加。基金论文所获单项基金资助以省(直辖市)级最多,占42.17%,其次为院(校)级,占15.24%,论文合著率为98.50%,合作度为4.54人次/篇,论文以4人合作和5人合作较多,分别占20.12%和18.72%;非基金论文合著率为91.58%,合作度为3.73人次/篇,论文以3人合作最多,其次为4人合作,分别为22.77%和21.02%。无论是基金论文还是非基金论文合作者均主要来自同一机构,其发文量排在前4位的地区均为上海市、湖北省、江苏省、北京市、浙江省,共发表论文1538篇,占总发文量的43.76%。科研设计类型中,基金论文和非基金论文均以调查研究为主,占比分别为43.45%和38.46%;统计学方法中均以统计推断最多,分别占67.01%和66.63%;研究主题中均以护理人力资源管理、护理管理模式相关研究较多。[结论]护理管理论文质量不断提高,护理管理人员科研合作意识有所提高,研究主题以护理人力资源管理、护理管理模式较多,但合作形式仍较为单一,研究者需继续扩大合作圈,加强国际交流合作,推动我国护理管理事业发展。

Objective:To understand the status quo and research hotspots of nursing management research papers,and to provide the data support for nursing staff to select scientific research topics.Methods:The nursing management papers published in 2018 and 2019 in the 12 core nursing journals included in the 2015 edition of"Chinese Science and Technology Journal Citation Report(Core Edition)"were analyzed from aspects including published numbers,funding support,author distribution,regional distribution,scientific research design type,and statistical method.Results:In 2018 and 2019,the total number of published papers in 12 kinds of nursing journals in China was 3515,of which 1864 were funded papers and 1651 were non-funded papers.The number of papers was generally decreasing,while the proportion of funded papers increased.Funded papers received the most individual support were at the provincial(municipalities)level,accounting for 42.17%;followed by the college(school)level,accounting for 15.24%.The co-authoring rate was 98.50%,the degree of cooperation was 4.54 person/paper,and 4 or 5 scholars’collaboration was more common,accounting for20.12%and 18.72%respectively.The co-authoring rate of non-funded papers was 91.58%,and the degree of collaboration was 3.73 people/paper.Three scholars’collaboration was the most,followed by four scholars,accounting for 22.77%and 21.02%,respectively.Co-authors mainly came from the same institution in both funded and non-funded papers.The top 4 regions for publishing papers were Beijing,Shanghai,Hubei and Jiangsu,with 1538 papers published,accounting for 43.76%of the total number of published papers.Among the types of scientific research design,funded papers and non-funded papers were mainly based on survey research,accounting for 43.45%and 38.46%,respectively;the statistical inference was the most used in statistical methods,accounting for 67.01%and66.63%,respectively.In the research topics,papers related to nursing human resource management and nursing management model were the most.Conclusions:The quality of nursing management papers improved continuously,and the awareness of scientific research cooperation among nursing managers increased.The research topics were mainly of nursing human resource management and nursing management models,while the cooperation form was still relatively limited.The cooperation circle between scholars should be expanded and international communication and cooperation should be strengthened,in order to promote the development of nursing management in China.
