摘要
基于规划大数据,对变电站选址影响因素进行指标体系建立,在一定的区域内利用GIS空间分析与选址知识进行区域判断,进一步利用多边形内接矩形匹配算法寻找满足面积要求的候选区。分析得到结果后,还可利用空间多尺度评价模型对选区进行指标统计分析,将涉及的地形起伏、用地约束、交通因素、河流因素、地质因素等指标进行智能综合判断,对候选站址进行综合评价,辅助解决选站难题。方法成功应用于陕西智能电网建设技术支持平台,并在宝鸡市内的选站工作得到了实践验证。
Based on the planning big data,we established the index system of the substation site selection influence factors,used the analytic hierarchy process to judge and evaluate the region in a certain area,and further used the polygon inscribed rectangle matching algorithm to find the candidate that could meet the area requirement.After the analysis results,we could use the spatial multi-scale evaluation model to analyze the statistical analysis of the selected areas,judge intelligently and comprehensively the indexes such as the terrain fluctuations,land constraints,traffic factors,river factors,geological factors,and conduct a comprehensive evaluation to help solve the problem of station selection.The method was successfully applied into the technical support platform for smart power grid construction in Shaanxi,and the work of site selection in Baoji City was verified by practice.
