摘要 利用国产的高分辨率卫星遥感数据、无人机低空遥感数据,结合北斗导航技术,在县域城市开展违章建筑监测实践,实现了高频率的违章建筑的监督和查处,以及对图斑核查系统设计与实现。实践结果表明卫星遥感在县域城市监测中可识别绝大多数疑似违章建筑,具有较强的经济性和可操作性;利用无人机航拍进行违章建筑物识别时,可弥补卫星遥感数据因分辨率、雨雪云雾天气原因造成的误差;基于北斗定位的图斑核查系统大大提高了图斑核查和处置效率。在后期应用中可考虑借助倾斜摄影等资料进行辅助识别,获取更加可靠的结果。 Using domestic high resolution satellite remote sensing data,UAV low altitude remote sensing data,combining with Beidou navigation technology,we conducted the illegal building monitoring practice in county-level cities,which realized the high frequency supervision and investigation of illegal buildings,and the design of map spot verification system.The results of practice show that the satellite remote sensing can identify the most suspected illegal buildings in county-level urban monitoring,and has strong economic and operability.UAV aerial photography for illegal building identification,it can make up for the errors caused by satellite remote sensing data due to resolution,rain,snow and cloud weather.The map spot verification system based on Beidou positioning can greatly improve the efficiency of map spot verification and disposal.In the later application,it is considered to use auxiliary information such as tilt photography to obtain more reliable results.
