摘要
从省级推进河长制工作的数据需求出发,分析了省级河长制一张图相关数据资源类别、对象编码、对象关系和联动动态更新机制,详细论述了基础信息数据库概念模型,提出了基于两极多层事实星座模型的结构模型,设计了以基础地理信息数据为载体,叠加、融合相关行业专题数据,关联业务管理数据的基础信息数据库。实践表明,以此数据库为支撑的省级河长制基础信息平台系统运行良好,并在数据查询、更新、管理上表现出较好的性能,数据库设计成果在数据表标识方面形成了规范,为市县级平台库设计提供了参考。
Starting from the data demand of promoting the river chief system at the provincial level,we analyzed the data resource category,object coding,object relationship and linkage dynamic update mechanism of the provincial river chief system“One Map”,discussed the basic information database conceptual model in detail,and proposed a structural model based on two-pole multi-layer real time constellation model.Then,we designed a basic information database,which taking the basic geographical information data as a carrier,superimposing and integrating related industry thematic data,and associating business management data.Practice shows that the provincial river chief basic information platform system supported by this database works well,and the performances in data query,update and management are pretty good.The database design results form a specification in the data table identification,which can provide a reference for the city and county platform database design.
