江苏省新型基础测绘体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of New Basic Surveying and Mapping System of Jiangsu Province

基于《测绘法》和《江苏省测绘地理信息条例》中关于基础测绘内容的相关描述,将江苏省新型基础测绘体系细化为测绘基准、数据资源、公共服务以及实施保障4个组成部分,并提出到2022年,全面建成以"陆海一体、基准统一、更新一致、一站服务"为基本特征的江苏省新型基础测绘体系的建设目标。研究成果为《江苏省"十四五"省级基础测绘规划》的编制提供了参考,并用于指导省级基础测绘的相关实施工作。

Based on the relevant descriptions of the basic surveying and mapping contents in the Surveying and Mapping Law and the Jiangsu Provincial Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Regulations,we refined the new basic surveying and mapping system of Jiangsu Province into four components,such as surveying and mapping standard,data resource,public service and implementation guarantee.Then,we proposed that by 2022,the construction goal of the new basic surveying and mapping system of Jiangsu Province with the basic characteristics of“land and sea integration,unified datum,consistent update and one-stop service”would be fully established.The research results can provide reference for the compilation of the“14th Five-Year”Provincial Basic Surveying and Mapping Plan of Jiangsu Province,and are used to guide the implementation of provincial basic surveying and mapping.
