摘要
阐述了某车型后背门外板一模三件生产工艺,生产过程中外板上部表面滑移线明显,左右两侧对称,影响车身表面质量。通过CAE模拟分析、工艺优化等方法,解决了外板上部表面滑移线问题,总结了此类结构冲压件生产过程中滑移线的控制方法。
The production process that forming three-parts in a die for rear door outer pan⁃els was described.During the production,some bilateral symmetrial slip lines were obvious⁃ly on the upper surface of the outer panel,which affected the surface quality of car body.By means of CAE simulation analysis and process optimization,the problem of slip line on the upper surface of the outer panel was solved.It summarized the control method for slip line in the production process of stamping parts with such structure.
