摘要
以某SUV车型背门内板为例,阐述了应对车身焊接实际使用情况而进行的背门内、外板之间涂胶支撑爪的工艺补偿方案。通过CAE分析及试验数据统计,总结了工艺回弹补偿方案,通过模具前期设计来保证背门内板的使用要求。
Taking the tail gate inner panel of an SUV as an example,the process compensa⁃tion scheme for the glued supporting claw between the tail gate inner panel and outer pan⁃el was expounded based on the actual use of car body welding.Through CAE analysis and test datastatistics,the process springback compensation scheme was summarized,and the use requirements of the tail gate inner panel was guaranteed by the early die design.
