摘要 长岭炼化公司第一污水处理场来水含有的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)较高,超出GB31570-2015中要求的排放限值,并严重影响厂区及周边环境。通过对收集后的废气进行分析,发现适合采用蓄热式氧化工艺进行处理。蓄热式氧化法是一种经济、高效、稳定和安全的有机废气处理技术。为彻底治理有机废气污染,采用蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)处理有机废气。RTO装置开工初期,容易出现炉膛超温等影响装置平稳运行的情况。通过控制污水处理场内各设施气相压力为微负压,合理控制各设施废气收集量并对装置运行参数进行优化等,装置运行平稳率接近100%,电加热器启动频率大为降低。自2017年10月RTO装置开工以来,废气中VOCs去除率达到了设计要求的99%以上。2019年全年RTO装置平稳运行,排放的尾气中非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等污染物浓度平均值均低于国标。 Due to the high volatile organic compounds(VOCs) contained in the water from the first sewage treatment plant of SINOPEC Changling Company,the discharge limit required in GB31570-2015 was exceeded,seriously affecting the plant area and surrounding environment.Through the analysis of waste gas collected from the first sewage treatment plant,it was found that regenerative thermal oxidation process is suitable for the treatment of such waste gas.Regenerative thermal oxidation is an economical,efficient,stable and safe organic waste gas treatment technology.Some problems that affect the smooth operation of RTO,such as furnace over-temperature,may easily emerge at the initial stage of startup.By maintaining negative micro-pressure for gas phase pressure of each facility in the sewage treatment plant,rationally controlling the waste gas flow collected by various facilities and optimizing the process parameters of RTO,the smooth operation rate was approaching 100% and the starting frequency of electric heater was greatly reduced.Since the startup of RTO in October 2017,the removal efficiency of VOCs in waste gas has reached more than 99%,meeting the design requirements.The RTO was operated smoothly throughout 2019,and the average concentrations of non-methane total hydrocarbons,benzene,toluene,xylene and other pollutants in the exhaust gas were lower than the requirements of national standards.
