“长期建藏”既是一种思想理论,也是一项实践活动。新中国70年,中国共产党对“长期建藏”的探索是思想和实践的双重探索,形成了中国共产党治藏方略,开辟了中国特色、西藏特点发展路子。“长期建藏”经历了一个探索、形成和完善的过程,积累了十分宝贵的经验:必须坚持党的路线方针政策与西藏实际情况相结合,坚持理论创新与实践创新相结合,坚持维护祖国统一与反分裂斗争相结合,坚持全国支援与自力更生相结合。

New China at 70,The CPC’s exploration of long-term construction in Tibet is exploration both in idea and practice,is to form CPC’s strategy in Tibet,and is open to Tibet’s development path with Chinese characteristics.The long-term construction in Tibet has experienced an exploration,formation and perfected pro⁃cess.It also accumulated valuable experience in adhering to combination of the Party’s line policies with actual situation in Tibet;theoretical innovation with practice innovation;the national support and self-reliance;main⁃taining the national unity and struggling against separatism.
