摘要 介绍了船载2.1m卫通天线的主要结构形式,根据天线常用的工况和使用条件,确定天线的载荷和边界条件并建立了天线的有限元分析模型。对天线的结构进行多工况条件下的静力和动力分析,得到了在典型仰角下的谐振频率和振型,通过主结构件进行应力分析,验证结构件的强度。通过振动试验的数据对仿真结果进行验证,证明仿真结果的准确性。分析结果表明:该天线的设计结构强度高,结构刚度好,满足船载使用条件,为后续该类型船载天线的结构设计提供参考。 The main structural form of the shipborne 2.1 m satellite antenna was introduced. According to the common working conditions and usage conditions of the antenna, the load and boundary conditions of the antenna are determined and the antenna finite element analysis model is established. The static and dynamic analysis of the antenna structure under multiple working conditions was carried out to obtain the resonance frequency and vibration mode at a typical elevation angle. Stress analysis was conducted through the main structural member to verify the strength of the structural member.The simulation results are verified by vibtation test data. The results show that the design strength of the antenna is high and the structural rigidity is good, which satisfies the shipboard use conditions, and provides a reference for the subsequent structural design of this type of shipboard antenna.
