摘要 车牌自动识别系统是基于MATLAB平台仿真实现的,里面主要包括拍照截取图像、图像预处理、车牌字符分割、车牌定位、车牌字符识别、识别车牌几大关键步骤。车牌自动识别系统是通过特定区域的汽车进行拍取含有车牌的照片,经过预处理图像,完成车牌图像提取,自动对字符分割,进而正确识别出车牌号码。 The automatic license plate recognition system is simulated based on Matlab, which includes several key steps such as image capture, image preprocessing, license plate character segmentation, license plate location, license plate character recognition and license plate recognition. The automatic license plate recognition system takes the picture of the vehicle with the license plate in the special area, and after the preprocessing image, the license plate image is extracted, the character is divided automatically, and then the license plate number is recognized correctly.
