一种基于小区可用的基站运行状况评估方法

摘要 针对早期网络口对基站可用性评估方法的不足,文章提出了一种基站运行状况评估方法。该方法采用"三步法",打通集中故障平台与网优平台接口,使得网优平台会每天将小区业务量信息推送至集中故障平台,集中故障平台每天会通过监测超7天退服告警的业务量信息,如果一旦监测到业务运行正常则人为设定一个恢复时间,恢复告警;如果监测到业务量异常则表明该告警仍未恢复,将持续纳入可用性考核。
