摘要
针对某浮选石墨精矿进行了矿物化学组成分析,并采用碱酸法、超声-混酸法两种工艺进行了提纯试验研究,分析得出其杂质矿物主要是石英和长石。经过对两种工艺的单因素条件试验分别得出了其最佳试验条件。碱酸法:石墨精矿混入60%的氢氧化钠,放入马弗炉内600℃焙烧60min,将熔融物加水搅拌洗涤过滤,将渣按照液固比1∶1调浆后,加入2.4g/mL盐酸混匀搅拌60min,过滤洗涤至pH^6,可得固定碳含量97.71%以上的石墨产品;超声-混酸法:石墨精矿按液固比3∶1加水调浆,混入1g/mL盐酸和2g/mL的氢氟酸,搅拌均匀后,超声10min,常温下搅拌浸出2h后,真空抽滤洗涤,可得固定碳含量99.8%以上的产品。
The mineral chemical composition of a flotation graphite concentrate was analyzed,and two purification processes,and the purification experiments were carried out by alkali acid method and ultrasonic mixed acid method.The main impurities are quartz and feldspar.Through the single factor experiment of the two processes,the best test conditions are obtained.Alkali acid method is that graphite concentrate is mixed with 60% sodium hydroxide and roasted in muffle furnace at 600 ℃ for 60 min.The melt was washed and filtered with water.After mixing the slurry according to the liquid-solid ratio of 1∶1,adding 2.4 g/mL hydrochloric acid,stirring for 60 min,filtering and washing to pH^6,the graphite product with fixed carbon content of more than 97.71% can be obtained.Ultrasonic acid mixing method is that the graphite concentrate is mixed with water at liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1,mixed with 1 g/mL hydrochloric acid and 2 g/mL hydrofluoric acid.After mixing evenly,ultrasonic for 10 min,stirring at room temperature for 2 h,then vacuuming and washing,the product with fixed carbon content of more than 99.8% can be obtained.
