摘要
分析了冶炼厂试生产期间,原料适应性、设备管理和人员操作等方面对熔炼炉生产作业率产生的影响。为提高闪速熔炼炉的作业率,增加企业的经济效益,采用一对一模式,逐项分析给出解决措施;同时,在现有工艺和重点设备上进行优化改造,达到闪速熔炼炉高作业率的目标。
It analyzes the influence of raw material adaptation,equipment management and personnel operation on the production rate of smelting furnace during the trial production period.In order to improve the operation rate of flash smelting furnace and increase the economic benefits of enterprises,the paper gives a solution to the problems by one by one mode.At the same time,the existing technology and key equipment are optimized and reconstructed to achieve flash smelting.The goal of high operation rate of flash smelting furnace is achieved.
