摘要
研究了比容为20K以下钽粉原粉经热处理后选用破碎机A档、B档及手筛三种不同破碎方式对钽粉化学、物理、电气性能的影响,研究发现不同破碎方式的钽粉的化学、电气性能相同,B档位由于破碎间隙小,生产出较细的钽粉颗粒,表现出较小的粒度分布;由于物理性能不同,手筛物料的压制块的颗粒间孔隙大。
The influence of the chemical,physical and electrical properties on tantalum powder below 20k volume after heat treatment was studied from three different crushing modes of crusher A,B file and hand screen.The study found that by different ways of crushing modes,chemical and electrical properties of tantalum powder are the same;B file because of the broken small gap,produced a finer tantalum powder particles,and showed the smaller particle size distribution;Due to the different physical properties,the intergranular pores of the pressing block of hand-sieve material are large.
