摘要
介绍了在实验室内降低黄沙坪高碱度选矿废水中COD和重金属离子浓度的试验结果,同时根据实验室研究确定的条件,在现场进行了半工业试验和工业试验,取得了满意的结果。实验室研究表明,采用催化氧化法,可以将铅锌尾矿库中的高碱废水COD从250 mg/L降至20 mg/L左右,同时对铅锌选矿厂工艺过程产生的不同废水(COD:140~240 mg/L)降解至60 mg/L以下。利用现二号废水处理站的工艺流程的工业试验表明,黄沙坪高碱高COD废水经处理后可以达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)。
This article introduces the test results of reducing the concentration of COD and heavy metal ions in Huangshaping high-alkali dressing wastewater in the laboratory.At the same time,according to the conditions determined by laboratory research,semi-industrial and industrial tests were carried out on the site and achieved satisfactory result.Laboratory research shows that the catalytic oxidation method can be used to reduce the COD of high-alkali wastewater in the lead-zinc tailings pond from 250 mg/L to about 20 mg/L.At the same time,the different wastewater produced by the process of the lead-zinc beneficiation plant(COD:140~240 mg/L)degraded to below 60 mg/L.Industrial tests using the process flow of the current No.2 wastewater treatment station show that Huangshaping’s high-alkali and high-COD wastewater can reach the "Lead and Zinc Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standards"(GB 25466-2010)after treatment.
