摘要 采用酸溶法对样品进行分解,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定钼矿石中的铼含量。通过试验研究,建立了样品的分解方法,确定了测定衰减因子,优化了测定条件,得到了较好的试验结果。方法检出限为0.001μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)小于1.5%,相对误差(RE)小于2%。 The sample was pretreated by acid dissolution method,and rhenium content in molybdenum ore was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Through the experimental study,the sample pretreatment method was established,the attenuation factor was determined,the determination conditions were optimized,and good experimental results were obtained.The detection limit of the method is 0.001 μ g/g,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)is less than 1.5%,and the relative error(re)is less than 2%.
