国家核电科研创新基地暖通空调系统设计

摘要 大型公共建筑空调系统能耗是节能减排的重要内容。本文通过分析国家核电科研创新基地的工程概况以及室内设计计算参数,确定空调负荷和冷热源,进而利用空调水系统、空调风系统、通风系统以及自动控制等设计,探究创新基地空调、通风系统的设计方案;同时介绍一级泵变流量系统、变风量系统、热管式新风热回收系统等节能技术在工程中的具体应用。结果表明:在各系统设计中,通过采用一级泵变流量系统(水泵变频)、风机盘管和新风热回收机组、诱导通风以及楼宇自动控制等方式,使得创新基地系统在运行中取得了非常优异的效果。 The energy consumption of air conditioning system in large public buildings is an important part of energy saving and emission reduction.The air-conditioning load and cold&heat sources are determined by analyzing the project overview of the National Nuclear Power Research and Innovation Base and the calculation parameters of interior design.The design of air-conditioning water system,air-conditioning wind system,ventilation system and automatic control are utilized to explore the design scheme of air-conditioning and ventilation system of the innovative base.In the meantime,the specific application of such energy-saving technologies as variable water flow system for the primary pump,variable air volume system,heat pipe type fresh air heat recovery system,etc.in the project are introduced.The results show that the system of the Innovation Base has achieved excellent performance during the operation in the design of each system through the use of variable water flow for the primary pump(water pump frequency conversion),fan coil,fresh air heat recovery unit,induction ventilation,automatic building control,etc.
