摘要
浆体管道是以水为介质、输送固体物料的管道,它的推力计算与支座设计不同于油气与热力管道。通过对管道推力的产生、计算及传导进行理论分析,给出了在不同的支座布置方式下支座反力的计算公式及支座设计的建议,并在实际工程中进行了验证,得出这些公式及建议是适用且可行的。
Slurry pipeline is a kind of pipeline for transporting solid materials with water as its medium,and its thrust calculation and support design are different from that of oil,gas and heating pipelines.Based on the theoretical analysis of the generation,calculation and conduction of pipeline thrust,the calculation formulas of support reaction under different support arrangements are given,some suggestions on support design are provided,and are verified in practical engineering.The results show that the formulas and the suggestions are applicable to practical engineering.
