健康教育对居民上消化道癌胃镜筛查的心理压力及不良反应的影响

Effect of Health Education on Psychological Stress and Adverse Reactions of Gastroscopy Screening for Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer in Residents

目的探讨健康教育对居民上消化道癌胃镜筛查的心理压力及不良反应的影响。方法选取在鹤壁市人民医院2017年1月—2017年4月收治的上消化道癌胃镜筛查的研究对象120例,按照随机数表法分为两组,分别为观察组(65例)和对照组(55例)。对照组给予常规胃镜筛查,观察组在给予同等常规胃镜筛查之前先进行健康教育干预。比较观察组和对照组研究对象健康教育前后SAS分、SDS评分情况,以及胃镜筛查后不良反应发生情况。结果所有研究对象健康教育后SAS分、SDS评分显著低于健康教育前,且观察组研究对象健康教育后SAS分、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组研究对象胃镜筛查后不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以减轻居民上消化道癌胃镜筛查的心理压力,改善不良反应情况,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on psychological pressure and adverse reactions of gastroscopy screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer in residents.Methods 120 cases under gastroscopic screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer in the hospital from January to April,2017 were selected,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,including the observation group(65 cases)and the control group(55 cases).The control group received routine gastroscopy screening,while the observation group received health education intervention before the same routine gastroscopy screening.The SAS score,SDS score and adverse reactions after gastroscopy screening were compared between the observation group and the control group before and after health education.Results The SAS and SDS scores of all the subjects after health education were significantly lower than those before health education,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after health education were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after gastroscopy screening in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can relieve the psychological pressure of residents in gastroscopic screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer and improve the adverse reactions.It has important clinical significance.
