基于微信的延伸护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者遵医行为及自护能力的影响

Effect of Extended Nursing Based on WeChat on Compliance and Self-care Ability of Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨基于微信的延伸护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者遵医行为及自护能力的影响。方法选择安阳市眼科医院于2017年5月—2019年7月收治的80例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(39例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加使用基于微信的延伸护理干预。比较两组遵医行为及自护能力水平。结果观察组干预后血糖控制、用药情况、饮食管理及复诊情况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分显著高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的延伸护理可显著增加糖尿病视网膜病变患者遵医行为,提高其自护能力水平。

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing based on WeChat on the compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in the hospital from May,2017 to July,2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(39 cases)by random number table.The control group received routine care,and based on this,the observation group increased the use of WeChat-based extended care intervention.The compliance behavior and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of blood glucose control,medication,diet management and follow-up visits in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the ESCA scores of the two groups were significant.It was higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat-based extended care can significantly increase the compliance of patients with diabetic retinopathy,and improve their self-care ability.
