摘要
文章提出一种应用于光载无线通信系统的阵列集成宽带收发模块,具有宽频带、高线性度、低损耗等优良性能。重点介绍了光收发模块的整体结构设计,包括高频管壳结构设计、微波电路设计、光学结构设计等。基于三维微波电路结构,实现了四通道阵列收发模块的混合集成研制,其级联-3dB带宽均达到18GHz以上,在DC-18GHz带宽内反射损耗均在-10dB以下,输入1dB压缩点达19dBm,无杂散动态范围为110dB·Hz 2/3。
This paper proposes an array integrated broadband transceiver module for optical carrier wireless communication system,which has excellent performance such as wide frequency band,high linearity and low loss.This article introduces the overall structural design of the optical transceiver module,including the design of high-frequency package structure,microwave circuit design,optical structure design,etc.Based on the three-dimensional microwave circuit structure,the hybrid integration of the four-channel array transceiver module is developed.The cascaded-3dB bandwidth of the array transceiver module reaches more than 18GHz,and the reflection loss in the DC-18GHz bandwidth is below-10dB.The input 1dB compression point reaches 19dBm,and the spurious-free dynamic range is 110dB/Hz 2/3.
