Research Review of Webometrics in the Past 15 Years

对网络计量学近15年研究进展进行总结和探讨,对于该学科在新时期新环境下的深入发展具有重要意义。通过主题检索和引文回溯搜集2005年至2019年网络计量学的研究成果文献,梳理网络计量学在新网络环境下下热点和重点论题,形成对若干关键问题的认识和探索,并对其未来发展趋势进行预测。网络计量学学理论、方法及应用研究已形成了较为完整下体系。其近15年下发展可分为3个阶段:从文献计量学到网络计量学下过渡阶段(2005—2010年)、网络计量学快速发展并日趋特色阶段(2010—2017年)、数据科学与人工智能深入影响下变革阶段(2017年至今)。其中,有3个关键下关系值得重点探讨:关于“五计学”下关系、网络计量学与替代计量学下关系、网络计量学与数据科学下关系。网络计量学关未来发展将呈现集成化、智能化、实用化等趋势。

It is of great significance to review the webometrics in the past 15 years for further development of the subject in the new era and environment.By collecting literature of we bometrics from 2005 to 2019 through subject retrieval and citation tracing,the hot spots and key issues of webometrics in the new network environment are sorted out,and its future development trend is also predicted.Webometrics has formed a relatively complete system in theory,method and application,Its development in the past 15 years can be divided into three stages:the transition from bibliometrics to webometrics(2005-2010),the rapid expansion and innovation of webometrics(2010-2017),and the wide impact of data science and AI(2017 to now).Among them,there are three key issues worth focusing on:the relationship between the"Five metrics".the relationship between webometrics and altmetrics,the relationship between we bometrics and data science.The future development of webometrics will be integrated,intelligent and practical.
