摘要
根据复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,产业技术创新系统和技术创新人才系统组成产业技术创新与技术创新人才互动系统,具有主体适应性、协同性、开放性和演化性等特征。运用CAS理论的回声模型构建产业技术创新与技术创新人才互动系统模型,运用层次分析法确定产业技术创新与技术创新人才互动系统的标识体系。根据主体的染色体匹配原则,从匹配强度、匹配速度和匹配寿命3个维度探讨企业与人才的匹配过程和作用机理,探索企业与人才的匹配规律。
According to the complex adaptation system(CAS)theory,the industrial technology innovation system and the technological innovation talent system constitute the interaction system of industry technology innovation and technological innovation talent,which with the characteristics of adaptability,synergy,openness and evolution.This paper constructs the interactive system model of industrial technology innovation and technological innovation talent according to the echo model of CAS theory,and determines the identifi cation systems of the interaction system of industry technology innovation and technological innovation talent according to the hierarchical analysis method.The paper discusses the matching process and mechanism of enterprise and talent from three dimensions of matching strength,matching speed and matching life according to principal matching principle,so as to explore the matching law between enterprise and talent.
