摘要
以广东肯富来泵业股份有限公司为例进行分析,发现销售部门、技术团队和生产人员等对于订单的交互需求各异,传统的内部制造系统面临着无法快速定位风险环节和缺乏标准化管理的窘境。针对这些问题,文章创新性地提出采用基于IBM车库创新方法论,以内部孵化的方式设计最小化可行性产品;同时,建立起集信息咨询、订单需求与产能动态估算和辅助排产为一体的可视化订单管理平台。此外,详细介绍了车库方法论的应用过程、可视化订单管理平台的系统架构、供需动态匹配算法及全局订单共享等功能的实现。实证表明,可视化订单管理平台上线后成功运行,大大提高了订单和库存的管理效率,让企业具备了直观预见风险、直击风险根源,以及在线评估订单生命周期的能力。
Taking Guangdong Kenflo as an example,this paper finds that the sales department,technical team and production personnel have different interactive demands with orders,the traditional internal manufacturing system is faced with the dilemma of not identifying the risk rapidly and being lack of standardized management.To address these issues,the paper innovatively proposes to design minimum viable products in an internally-incubated manner based on the IBM garage methodology,also proposes a visual order management platform with unifi ed information consultation,dynamic estimation of order demand and capacity,and the function of assisting production to schedule.In addition,the paper introduces the application process of IBM garage methodology and the system architecture of the visual platform in detail,and describes the realization of dynamic supply and demand matching algorithms and global order sharing.The empirical evidence shows that the successful operation of the visual order management platform has greatly improved the effi ciency of order management,the new system gives companies the ability to anticipate risks,address them,and evaluate the order life cycle online.
