摘要
共享出行已成为城市交通的重要补充形式。作为共享出行C2C和B2C两大模式的典型代表,礼橙专车和曹操出行分别以各自的竞争优势满足了用户出行的需求,缓解了城市交通的压力,有效实现了资源的合理配置。从共享经济的视角出发,在对礼橙专车和曹操出行运营模式进行分析的基础上,分别从共享模式、内部控制风险、品牌定位和市场策略等角度进行了对比分析,从而为我国共享出行运营模式提供发展思路。
Shared travel has become an important supplementary form of urban transportation.As typical representatives of C2C and B2C modes of shared travel,DiDi Premier and Cao Cao travel meet the needs of users with their own competitive advantages,which alleviate the pressure of urban transportation and effectively realize the rational allocation of resources.Based on the analysis of the operation modes of DiDi Premier and Cao Cao travel,this paper carries out the comparative analysis of the sharing mode,internal risk control,branding and market strategy,so as to provide development ideas for China's shared travel operation mode.
