基于老年行为模式的养老空间设计实践与研究——以庆隆苑阳光老人家为例

随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧,传统居家养老再难以满足社会的发展需求,提高和改善老年人的生活质量和养老品质,已成为一项重要的社会问题,也越来越引起人们的关注和。建设和营造适宜于老年人行为模式与特征的现代养老室内空间环境,是提高老年人晚年生活质量和生命品质的重要手段和途径,其具有重要的社会意义与社会价值。通过以杭州拱墅区"阳光老人家"项目为例,分析与研究其设计理念、设计原则和设计实践等内容,将有助于对现代养老空间设计与实践的梳理、总结与提升。

As the aging of our country’s population continues to intensify,traditional home care for the elderly has been unable to meet the needs of our society.Improving old people’s life and nursing quality has become an important social issue and has attracted more and more attention.Constructing and creating a modern indoor environment that is suitable for the behavioral patterns and characteristics of the elderly serves as an important means and approach to improving the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.It has important social significance and value.By taking the"Sunshine Elderly Home"project in Gongshu District,Hangzhou as an example,the article analyzes and researches its design concepts,design principles,and design practices,which will help sort out,summarize and improve the design and practice of modern retirement space.
