摘要
中华传统工匠精神主要体现为"虔诚克己"的道德修养、"追求卓越"的技术信仰和"敏锐务实"的创新精神。高校家具设计专业倡导"工匠精神"是国家制造业转型的内在要求,是提高家具设计专业文化内涵的必由之路,也是家具设计师个人成长的精神动力。本文从基础课程建设、工作室制度、设计竞赛及考核制度四个方面探讨高校家具设计专业"工匠精神"的培养路径,以期在大学阶段厚植工匠精神,帮助学生塑造职业信仰和人文品格。
The spirit of traditional Chinese craftsmen is mainly embodied in three ways,namely,the moral cultivation of"piety and selfrestraint",the technical belief of"pursuit of excellence",and the innovative spirit of"keen and pragmatic".To advocate"craftsman spirit"in furniture design major in colleges is an inherent requirement for the transformation of the national manufacturing industry;it is the only way to improve the cultural connotation of this major,and the spiritual power of furniture designers’individual growth.To cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship in the university stage and help students shape professional beliefs and humanistic character,this paper discusses the cultivation path of"craftsman spirit"in furniture design from four aspects,which are basic course construction,the studio system,design competitions,and the feedback system.
