城市信息模型CIM平台在广州城市更新改造中的应用——以金洲、冲尾自然村更新改造为例

The Application of City Information Modeling(CIM)in Urban Renewal Planning of Guangzhou——A Case of the Renewal Renovation of Jinzhou and Chongwei Village

本文基于广州市城市更新工作高效管控、多元协同的目标,通过金洲、冲尾自然村更新改造项目的实践,尝试在城市更新方案的编制与审批过程中深入应用CIM平台,初步搭建了基础数据工作(含获取与分析)、经济平衡测算、规划布局(含用地、建筑方案输出)、方案优选、城市设计、智能报批六大模块,最终实现高效编制、高效审批、多部门协同的更新方案编审。

In order to achieve efficient management and multiple collaboration of urban renewal in Guangzhou,City Information Modeling is applied on the renewal planning.This paper establishes a preliminary CIM-based system that consists of 6 major modules,including acquisition and analysis of the basic data,measurement of the economic balance,land-use planning and building layout,optimization of the plan,urban design and smart examination and approval.This system conduces to enhance the efficiency and the multi-department cooperation in the process of drafting,examination and approval of the renewal planning of Jinzhou and Chongwei village.
