本文通过对日本社区防灾"自助、共助"体系管理层面及科学研究层面进行多角度、多维度的研究,总结出日本社区防灾"自助、共助"体系的优势,并反思我国社区防灾在"自助、共助"方面存在的不足。

This paper studies the management and scientific research of the Japanese community disaster prevention"self-help and mutual assistance"system from multi-angle and multi-dimension.It summarizes the advantages of the"self-help and mutual assistance"community disaster prevention system in Japan,and reflects the shortcomings in the"self-help and mutual assistance"community disaster prevention system in China.
